Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful SEN schools. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with the children to provide social, emotional, and physical support.

Hours: 8:00am till 16:00pm - Monday to Friday - Shifts may vary

Salary: £80 - £100 Per Day - Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs, including those with autism, ADHD or other learning disabilities
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with teachers to create and maintain an organized classroom setting
- Support students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and participation
- Help students with daily tasks such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Monitor student behaviour and intervene when necessary to maintain a positive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
